At Deja Slew, all products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
