Products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Because items are custom-produced, processing times may vary. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is because products may be fulfilled by different production partners.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to help resolve the issue.
